VBS
VBS will be on June 10-14th. Please mark your calendar. The theme is Camp Firelight. It will be a summer camp adventure with God! Where we learn ways to put your trust in God when you are afraid, challenged, or called to do God’s work and share the good news of GOd’s love through Jesus Christ.
The youth would like to thank everyone for their generous donations. The prayer bowls were a huge success thanks to all of you. We also received several monetary donations which are so greatly appreciated. As the youth director my heart is full with gratitude for your support. The youth will benefit so much from all of your support. May God bless each and everyone.

Spring Lay Servant School
Save the Dates for the Spring Lay Servant School in Greenwood District
April 6 9am-4pm and April 7 2 pm-5pm
Location will be: Edgefield United Methodist Church
Classes to be offered:
Basic (Must sign up for this one if you have never taken a lay servant class, or if it has been more than
3 years since your last class.
Sacraments: Means of Grace – A study of our beliefs of Holy
Communion and Baptism. This is a new lay servant class which will be very beneficial for the under-
standing of why we celebrate these two
sacraments in the church.
